Who are we looking for
Madcraft is seeking a talented Email Marketing Specialist with a passion for retention marketing and a performance-driven mindset. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to work with a variety of dynamic clients and develop winning email strategies that drive results.
About this Role
As an Email Marketing Specialist, you’ll take the lead in developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll identify growth opportunities, manage client relationships, and help shape strategic direction across a portfolio of D2C & B2B clients. You should have excellent communication skills, a strong background in agency or in-house marketing, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with confidence. Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of email marketing campaigns, including planning, designing, scheduling, and execution.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their email marketing needs are met and exceeded.
* Ensure all client deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet or exceed quality standards.
* Analyse email campaign data and provide clients with recommendations to optimise their email programs.
* Stay up to date with the latest email marketing trends and technologies, and recommend new strategies and tools to clients.
* Mentor and guide junior email marketing executives to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, performance, and account management, to ensure a seamless client experience.
* Develop and maintain a robust quality control process for email campaigns to ensure optimal performance.
What we’re looking for
* 3+ years in digital marketing, ideally within an agency environment
* Expertise in Klaviyo and experience working with a range of ESPs
* Great people skills – you’re someone who brings a lot of energy and passion to the table and can get people excited about the latest opportunities in email.
* Strong analytical skills & strategy-minded – when it comes to client strategy, you can read the data and make smart, informed decisions.
* Experience working with clients directly.
