Finance Manager My client is a leading construction company with operations across Ireland & the UK. They are currently looking to recruit a Finance Manager for their offices in West Dublin. Reports to:Financial Controller. Main duties: Lead and develop the finance team, taking responsibilities for finance deliverables; Foster excellent relationships with key stakeholders including directors, senior management, external surveyors and creditors, external auditors and internal employees; Oversight of financial controls and procedures; Preparation of management accounts, monthly cost value (CV) accounts and plant departments reports, including reconciliation to General Ledger; Management of Fixed Asset Register, monthly reconciliation to Fixed Assets Register, reporting additions, disposals and depreciation; Oversight of monthly and weekly payroll for Ireland and the UK Management of all supplier payment process and weekly payment runs; Oversight of Purchase to Payments, Controls and Procedures; Weekly review of debtors, oversee credit control, bank balances, cash allocation, debt procedures and reports, and associated VAT management; The person: Qualified Accountant with several years pqe Strong team leadership experience; Experience in implementing policies and controls; Strong stakeholder management skills; Exceptional technical financial management expertise, preferably within a large company environment; Strong organisational skills Salary: €100k plus benefits Hybrid working, 3 days on site Skills: Finance Manager Financial Controller Senior Financial Accountant
