Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dublin 11. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, generating order quotes, processing orders, and maintaining client information on our system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact for customers via telephone and email
* Generate order quotes and process orders
* Maintain all client information on our system
* Work closely with the distribution team to ensure delivery schedules are accurate and updated regularly
* Ensure full customer satisfaction by providing detailed responses to general queries, investigating debit notes, and raising any complaints where necessary
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Able to work well in fast-paced environments
* Strong IT and systems experience
* Passionate about providing excellent customer service
Benefits:
* Attractive salary ranging from €34,000 - €36,000
