Job Title:
Regional Charity Shop Operations Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead the operations of SVP charity shops in the Northwest Region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategic alignment and operational excellence of the charity shops, ensuring they adhere to the Society's mission, values, and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the operations of SVP charity shops in the Northwest Region
* Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
* Manage and motivate staff and volunteers to achieve key objectives
* Foster a culture of high performance, service quality, and strong team collaboration
Requirements:
* 3rd Level education in a business-related field or equivalent experience
* Professional Management Qualification
* At least 5 years' experience in retail management with a proven track record of success
* Relevant commercial retail experience and evidence of continuing personal and professional development
