Sheehy Motor Group, one of Ireland’s leading motor retailers, is expanding with a brand-new Mercedes-Benz dealership opening in Kilkenny City. We are now offering Apprentice Mechanic opportunities to motivated individuals who are passionate about starting a career in the motor industry.
This is a fantastic chance to learn from highly skilled technicians while working with one of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands – Mercedes-Benz.
The successful candidate will undertake all levels of maintenance and repairs as well as completing Manufacturers Branded technical training in servicing and diagnostics and electric vehicle training.

Candidate Requirements:
* A high level of enthusiasm and self-motivation
* A desire to succeed
* Committed to ongoing Learning & Development
* Experience working on cars or mechanical knowledge would be advantageous
* Ability to work in a busy team environment.
* Excellent time and attendance record.
* Full clean driving licence
* Must pass Colour Blindness Test
* Flexibility to begin your apprenticeship in Waterford, and then transition to our new Kilkenny dealership once fully operational
