We are recruiting for a leading consulting firm that is seeking Project Managers to join its Dublin consulting team. The role involves contributing to and supporting a wide range of client engagements, helping drive the success of project delivery teams across project management, change, innovation, and transformation initiatives
The position focuses on delivering consulting services in finance transformation, operational excellence, project and change management, strategy, digital, and business transformation. It places particular emphasis on core project management responsibilities within the
banking and financial services sector.

Responsibilities:
Project Management Delivery
* Lead the delivery of complex projects and programmes for key clients across various industries, ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to tight deadlines.
* Define and drive projects across all stages of the project life cycle.
* Lead cross-functional teams spanning multiple business units and functions.
* Define, scope, and deliver comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, governance updates, RAID logs, and project initiation documents.
* Develop detailed project plans, define roles and responsibilities, and establish clear communication strategies.
* Map end-to-end customer journeys for retail banking products such as mortgages, personal loans, and credit cards.
* Identify value-add opportunities and implement innovative process improvements and solutions.
Applicants should have the following:
* Third-level degree with a strong academic record.
* Project Management certification, with proven ability to apply best-practice methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile) to deliver measurable outcomes.
* Minimum of 3–10 years of relevant experience, depending on the level applied for.
Skills and Competencies
* Strong project and programme management experience involving large, multi-disciplinary teams of clients, consultants, and third-party vendors.
* Experience in the financial services sector, including retail banking, asset management, and insurance.
