This is a full-time position based in the Kelsius Factory in Gweedore, Co. Donegal.Your role will involve the management of the Quality Management System at Kelsius.This is a management role which involves the allocation of work and support to the Quality Team. You will report directly to the CEO.Key Responsibilities:Establish & Maintain Quality Management System in line with ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO17025Oversee Quality Control Activities. Assume full responsibility for quality control across all areas including but not limited to the following;Hosting external AuditConducting Internal AuditsApproval of Quality DocumentationNon-conformance, CAPA & Root Cause AnalysisSoftware/Hardware validationManagement of the Quality & Product Test TeamsSkills & Experience Required:5+ years Quality Management experienceHosting External AuditsA 3rd Level Technical Qualification in Science / EngineeringAbility to both, work of own initiative and as part of a teamA high level of accuracy & attendance to detailExcellent Computer and Communication skillsStrong time management skills, with the demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslySelf-motivated, flexible and adaptableTechnical Evaluation skillsKnowledge of both Salesforce and Stage Gate would be an advantagePlease note, this job is based on-site in Gweedore, Co.
