Job Opportunity:
The successful candidate will be part of a Senior Management Team driving the company's growth and success.
* Measuring, pricing, negotiating, and agreeing budgets and costs for variations is key.
* Attending meetings to compile invitations to tender and analysing quotations are also essential tasks.
* Compiling subcontract orders for approval, visiting sites to measure and value works completed, assessing payment entitlement, and reconciling cost and value are other critical responsibilities.
Additionally, the ideal candidate should have good communication and problem-solving skills, be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and very organised, and have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying is required, along with a full driving licence and a proven record of experience working for a main contractor on new build, domestic, and apartment build projects.
