We are seeking a seasoned Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing and growing a portfolio of key retail and foodservice partners, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and key account management, with experience in the food or FMCG sector. They will be skilled in analysing sales data and developing strategic plans, as well as proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and growing a portfolio of key retail and foodservice partners
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Developing and executing account plans to drive customer retention and increase sales volume, revenue, and profit margins
* Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts
* Contributing to the development and implementation of an export strategy
* Collaborating with marketing and product development teams to provide tailored solutions to clients
* Analysing market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to shape sales strategy
* Leading contract negotiations, including pricing and terms, in line with company policies
* Representing the brand at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events
