Your new role As Lean Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement across all manufacturing systems, processes, and equipment.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will lead lean initiatives that enhance safety, quality, and delivery performance while reducing costs.
This is a strategic role requiring strong leadership, analytical thinking, and hands-on experience in lean methodologies.
You can work a 4 day week or a 5 day week hrs What you'll need to succeed: A third-level qualification in Engineering Proven experience in executing lean improvement and/or Six Sigma projects A strong background in manufacturing engineering In-depth knowledge of lean methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams Strong project and time management capabilities Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools What you'll get in return You'll be joining a forward-thinking organisation committed to operational excellence and employee development.
