Job Title:
A key role exists for a digital product leader who will drive the development and delivery of impactful technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining, designing, and delivering user-centric products that meet business objectives and drive innovation.
* Developing and maintaining overall product vision, roadmap, and metrics to ensure alignment with business goals
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams of engineers and designers to deliver high-quality products
* Staying in sync with product owners on priorities and day-to-day decision-making
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading agile practices for digital products, including managing scrum masters, business analysts, and systems analysts
* Building, growing, and supporting product owners and product analysts through hiring, coaching, mentoring, and feedback
* Contributing to the overall success and lifecycle of products during definition, design, user story/requirement creation, documentation, launch, go-to-market activities, management updates, and metrics
* Creating and delivering product demos and presentations for stakeholders, including senior leadership
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, along with at least four years of product management experience, preferably with pharmaceutical or healthcare experience. Alternatively, a Master's degree with two years of relevant experience, an Associate's degree with eight years of relevant experience, or a Ph.D. with 0+ years of experience may also be considered. Experience in creating and executing product visions, strategies, and roadmaps is essential, as well as exceptional skills in working with and analyzing user metrics and turning them into actionable insights.
