Job Type: Month to month contract Full time: 35 hours, Monday-Friday, 9-5 Pay rate: €***** - €*****per hour depending on previous relative public sector experience Key Responsibilities: Preparing and organising patient charts and associated documentation Issuing and managing appointment letters and related correspondence Handling incoming phone queries and providing clear, professional responses Contacting patients regarding appointments, follow-up information, and updates Completing general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and data entry Maintaining accurate records in line with HSE policies and procedures Essential Requirements: Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role, ideally within a healthcare or hospital environment High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in IT and a willingness to learn new systems Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy environment Skills: Grade III Clerical Officer
