If you're ready to take the next step in your career, we'd love for you to be part of our team!The RoleSystems and Cloud DevelopmentMaintain and develop our core systems and applications to optimise operations.Continuous monitoring of systems performance and address any issues as they arise.Assist with managing our systems.Oversee access control and system security.Data ManagementEnsure data accuracy across all systems.Liaise with our Head of Compliance and run regular system checks, flag suspicious activity and assist with AML audits when required.Training and SupportAssist employees with software and hardware needs and trouble shooting.Manage software renewals, licenses, and upgrades.Manage all IT equipment and take ownership of process and IT improvements.Ensure all employees are trained on systems and develop user manuals and training guides to support same.Manage relationships with all vendors and providers, ensuring best in class service delivery.About YouWe really want to hire someone who has a real passion for IT.
