Our values - Client Centric, Transparency, Integrity and Clarity, shape our culture, drive our standards and guide how we work.About The Role:Prosperous Financial has an exciting opportunity for a Client Services & Paraplanning Manager to lead and develop our Client Services and Paraplanning teams for a fixed maternity leave period.This role is responsible for the day to day management, performance and development of Client Services Executives and Paraplanners, ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional client service and high quality, compliant financial planning support. The successful candidate will act as a key link between Planning, Advisory and Client Services, driving efficiency, consistency and an outstanding client experience across the business.The role requires strong people leadership skills, excellent technical understanding of financial planning processes and the ability to balance operational oversight with a client-centric mindset.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & People ManagementLead, motivate and manage the Client Services and Paraplanning teams, ensuring clear objectives, accountability and performance standards.Provide regular coaching, feedback and support to team members, fostering professional development and engagement.Conduct one-to-ones, performance reviews and support training and competency development across both functions.Act as an escalation point for complex client, advisor or operational issues.Client Services & Paraplanning OversightOversee high quality client service and paraplanning support, ensuring timely, accurate and professional delivery.Ensure client administration and financial planning documentation are completed efficiently, accurately and compliantly.Maintain strong oversight of CRM data quality, documentation and service standards.Manage workloads and capacity across both teams to meet business demands and deadlines.Drive collaboration and continuous process improvement to enhance client outcomes and efficiency.Operational, Compliance & Risk ManagementAct as a key operational link between Product, Planning and Client Services teams to ensure smooth, compliant end-to-end client journeys.Identify and implement improvements to workflows, processes and systems to enhance efficiency, collaboration and control.Ensure all client service and paraplanning activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements and industry standards.Support internal audits, compliance reviews and broader risk management activities.Promote a strong culture of accuracy, documentation and regulatory awareness across both teams.Stakeholder Communication & ReportingProvide regular updates to senior leadership on team performance, workloads and service levels.Liaise with Financial Planners and Advisors to ensure expectations are aligned and service standards are met.Support the preparation of management information and reporting related to client service and planning operations.Engage with external stakeholders to build strong relationships and consistently deliver exceptional service standards.Skills And Experience:Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA) requiredProven experience in a financial services environment, with exposure to both client services and paraplanning functionsPrevious people management or team leadership experienceStrong technical understanding of financial planning, pensions, investments and protectionExcellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple workflowsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative leadership styleHigh attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and complianceExperience using CRM systems and financial planning tools such as VoyantWhy work with us:Excellent remuneration package and competitive commission structureHybrid, flexible working model (4 days from home / 1 day in office)25 days annual leaveEmployer pension contributions up to 10%Income ProtectionDeath In ServiceRecognised as a Great Place to Work and a Best Workplace
