About the Job:
This is a 12-month contract position with potential for extension. The role offers a hybrid working model. Key duties include:
* Gathering and documenting business requirements in line with agile methodologies.
* Working closely with stakeholders to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment of requirements.
* Defining the requirements management process, including traceability and change control.
* Collaborating with development teams and product owners to support solution delivery.
* SUPPORTING TESTING ACTIVITIES INCLUDING TEST PLANNING DOCUMENTATION AND DEFECT RESOLUTION.
* Maintaining awareness of current and future product goals and contributing to shaping product vision.
* Managing exception processes and supporting effective incident resolution.
What We Are Looking For:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a business analyst role, ideally within financial services or related industries. You should have demonstrated ability to elicit, document, and communicate complex business requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required along with high attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills are also essential, with experience working across teams. Exposure to lean/agile methodologies is necessary. Understanding of process and data modelling concepts is also advantageous. Stakeholder management experience at various levels of the organisation is desirable. Familiarity with IT architecture principles and a customer-centric approach to delivery is also beneficial. Knowledge of fund accounting is an advantage.
