Job Title:
Front Office Manager
As a seasoned Front Office Manager, you will oversee daily front desk operations, lead and train the front office team, and promote in-house facilities and local attractions to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure seamless guest check-in/check-out, room allocations, and reservations processes
* Develop and implement effective strategies for leadership and training of the front office team
* Maintain excellent relationships with housekeeping to guarantee timely room availability and guest turnaround
* Respond to guest inquiries, feedback, and issues in a professional, solution-focused manner
* Manage departmental administration, reporting, and rota planning efficiently
* Contribute to the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of reception staff
Requirements:
* Previous experience as Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a hotel setting is essential
* Strong knowledge of hotel systems, preferably Opera, is highly desirable
* Excellent English communication and leadership skills are required
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to guest experience, organisation, and team motivation
