Role Overview
The Sr Specialist - Learning & Development will support the design, development, assessment, and implementation of leadership development programs across the company. The ideal candidate will help create effective learning strategies utilizing a blended learning approach for diverse audiences, including US and international team members at all levels.
Responsibilities
1. Facilitate and design effective learning curricula for corporate employees (in-person, hybrid, virtual).
2. Partner with internal clients to develop custom learning solutions and content.
3. Evaluate programs to ensure ROI and success metrics for leadership development.
4. Oversee LMS tracking and support annual compliance training.
5. Manage vendor relationships and oversee external systems.
Candidate Expectations
* Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Communication, Human Resources, or related field.
* At least 3 years of experience developing diverse, custom learning solutions.
* Experience designing blended learning curricula within LMS platforms like Storyline and Articulate.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
* Deep understanding of adult learning theories and methodologies.
* Experience consulting with and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
* Minimum 2 years of corporate learning & development experience.
* Gallup Certified Strengths Coach or similar certification is highly desirable.
