Job Description:
Killary Adventure Centre is a dynamic and diverse adventure centre located in the West of Ireland. This role manages front desk operations, serving as the primary point of contact for all arriving guests.
The successful candidate will handle administrative tasks, guest relations, sales of on-site services, and support hospitality team in day-to-day operations.
Main Responsibilities
1. Greet all visitors and guests arriving at the centre providing a welcoming first impression.
2. Offer detailed information about Killary Adventure activities and local attractions.
3. Manage front desk inquiries via phone particularly from teachers group leaders adult visitors handle guest check-ins check-outs specific requests answer phone transfer callers various offices.
