Finance Analyst - Purchase Order (6-Month Contract) Location: Dublin (Hybrid: 1-2 days onsite) Contract: 6 months, with potential extension Must have experience in multinational or large companies We're seeking a detail-oriented Finance Analyst to support our Global Field Marketing Strategy & Operations team.
In this role, you'll manage the full Purchase Request (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle, ensuring marketing investments are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
You'll act as a key operational partner to marketing, procurement, and finance teams, while also contributing to process improvements and AI-driven innovation.
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end PR-to-PO process: intake, validation, approvals, and PO creation Provide timely updates to stakeholders and escalate delays when needed Ensure expenses align with financial policies, fiscal periods, and compliance rules Maintain accurate budget tracking and reconcile data for audit readiness Serve as the main contact for budget owners and help resolve procurement issues Identify opportunities to streamline processes using AI and automation What We're Looking For Experience or understanding of procurement/finance processes (PRs, POs, budgeting) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume data entry Fast learner with strong organizational and communication skills Proactive and collaborative-comfortable working across multiple teams Interest in using AI tools to improve workflows Familiarity with systems like Oracle ERP, Coupa, or similar tools (nice to have) Reed Specialist Recruitment is an Employment Agency and an Employment Business for permanent and temporary recruitment.
