We are currently looking for an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in Irish and has excellent communication skills. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and webchat.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* To resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
* To maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
* To stay up-to-date with product information, company policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
We are seeking an individual who possesses the following skills and qualifications:
* Fluency in Irish (both written and spoken).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
