Education Compliance Officer Osborne are hiring a detail-oriented and analytical Qualifications Compliance Assessment Officerto support the assessment and recognition of third country qualifications (TCQs) for our regulatory client.
This role plays a key part in ensuring fair, consistent, and evidence-based decision-making in line with organisational processes, legislation, and professional standards.
You will work collaboratively with internal teams, external assessors, and stakeholders, while contributing to continuous improvement and quality assurance across the TCQR route.
Temporary: 24 months Location: Dublin 2 (Hybrid) Salary: DOE Key Responsibilities: Assess applications for recognition of third country qualifications in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
Evaluate applicants qualifications, training, regulatory context, and professional experience.
Prepare clear, well-reasoned, evidence-based assessment reports and recommendations.
Liaise with internal colleagues, external assessors, and other relevant stakeholders as required.
Contribute to quality assurance activities across the TCQR process, including oversight of outsourced examination components.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and best practice in qualifications recognition.
Participate in training, quality reviews, and standardisation activities to ensure consistency and high standards.
Experience Needed: Experience in qualifications assessment, regulatory work, education, or a related professional field.
Experience working with the NFQ framework Experience in the pharmaceutical field a distinct advantage Strong analytical and evaluative skills, with the ability to interpret complex information.
Excellent written communication skills, particularly in producing clear and valid reports.
Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
High attention to detail and a commitment to fairness, consistency, and quality.
Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development.
