The Role


Key Responsibilities:

* Luxury Customer Experience Specialist responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across various touchpoints.
* Resolve all customer inquiries via email and WhatsApp within predetermined timeframes.
* Demonstrate empathy and attentiveness to ensure a positive experience for all customers.
* Perform quality checks on orders prior to dispatch, verifying accuracy against customer requests.
* Accurately process online and in-store orders, including pick, pack, and shipping.
* Maintain accurate order administration for seamless communication with stakeholders.
* Process returns efficiently, collaborating with teams as needed.
