Job Description
We are seeking a Principal Occupational Health and Safety Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in building a sustainable tomorrow.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Modeling our values and behaviors
* Leading and developing a strong health and safety culture across the organization
* Fostering a culture of continuous improvement
* Providing expert advice and support to senior leadership
* Advising and supporting during significant health and safety incidents, including investigation and reporting
* Leading interactions with external agencies during major incidents
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree or diploma in occupational health and safety
* Chartered or Certified Membership of IOSH
* Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET/PTLLS)
* Successful management experience on a construction site or FM facility
* Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels
* Ability to deliver health and safety training
* Experience leading major incident investigations
* Thorough knowledge of OHSAS 45001 standards
* Strong organizational and motivational skills
