* Qualifications: Third Level qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years consecutive experience in a Senior HR Operational role.
* Industry Expertise: Experience working in a healthcare service within the public sector necessary.
* ER/IR Knowledge: Previous ER/IR experience essential.
* Employment Law: Excellent knowledge of employment law required.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and influencing skills, as well as strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
