Job description My Client, a leading industrial goods distributor, seeks to hire an Accounts Administrator.
This role will suit someone coming from a Customer Service role.
This role is Monday to Friday on-site.
Responsibilities To provide accounts and administrative support for different company departments.
To help with daily office tasks and financial duties.
To make sure reports, invoices, and documents are completed on time.
Help with month-end reports to make sure figures are complete and correct.
Send customer invoices daily to ensure billing is on time.
Manage ship-through claims to protect company profits and cash flow.
Manage tender submissions to make sure they are correct and sent on time.
Answer emails and phone calls and solve any issues quickly.
Order office supplies to make sure there is always enough stock.
Requirements A degree or relevant experience in Finance, Business Administration, or a related area.
Previous experience in an accounts or administrative role.
