Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, with some weekends involved
Hourly Rate: €17 per hour
Shift Schedule: 12-9pm
About the Role:
* Fluent written and spoken English is essential for this position.
* You must be a resident of Ireland and have the right to work in the country.
* Previous experience in a similar role is required.
* A leader by example is necessary to excel in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage restaurant operations on a daily basis, collaborating closely with the restaurant manager, team leaders, and team members.
* Oversee and support the overall guest experience, ensuring exceptional service standards are met.
* Maintain the highest standards across all areas of the business, including cleanliness, quality, and customer satisfaction.
* Oversee stock and cash control, including till reconciliation, to ensure accurate financial records.
* Act as deputy for the restaurant manager in their absence, taking charge of daily operations and ensuring continuity.
* Ensure training records are up-to-date and that all staff attend and adhere to standard operating procedures, promoting a culture of excellence.
* In the event of incidents or accidents, maintain a written record and report to the restaurant manager, prioritizing safety and well-being.
* Promote a safety culture throughout the restaurant, leading by example and encouraging teamwork.
* Collaborate with the team and restaurant manager to complete daily and weekly checks, ensuring compliance with HACCP guidelines and maintaining a safe working environment.
