Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Manager to oversee and manage various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.
* Assume full responsibility for center profit and loss management, including cash control and security procedures, managing supply and materials costs, staffing, and facilitating materials and supply ordering and management.
* Provide leadership, management, and oversight to all center personnel, including hiring, training, developing, coaching, and promoting team members, as well as managing compensation and discipline.
* Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the body shop.
* Ensure all personnel understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and receive proper training and support to meet or exceed KPIs consistently.
* Establish and maintain good working relationships with insurance adjusters and customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A High School degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
* A valid driver's license.
* A minimum of 3 years of management experience in the collision repair industry.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
