Our client is an established Irish business with a proven history of rapid growth. Due to recent acquisitions, there is a requirement for an excellent accountant to manage two entities based in Limerick.
The company based in Limerick is run as a standalone reporting into the group and is, in essence, an SME. This presents an opportunity to take ownership, and it will require a strong accountant to manage the accounting processes effectively.
Managing the workflow of 3 junior staff and taking ownership of the collective finance team, and liaising with wider management.
Role:
* Prepare management accounts, including variance analysis
* Monitor margins, KPIs, and stock analysis
* Assist in managing the AP, AR and reconciliation staff
* Monitor and forecast cash flow
* Budget and projection for 1,3, and 5 years
* Year-end financial reports and tax compliance
* Assist with year-end audit
* Manage several finance support staff
Skills/Qualifications:
* Qualified Accountant (1-4 years PQE)
* Strong commerciality and ability to liaise with stakeholders
* Looking to develop and continuously learn
