We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to join their construction team in Nenagh, Tipperary.Responsibilities:Manage daily site activities to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with the construction programmedSupervise subcontractors and site operatives, coordinating resources to maintain consistent progressEnforce site safety standards, including PPE compliance, and intervene where unsafe practices are identifiedEnsure all RAMS, permits, and risk controls are reviewed and in place prior to works commencingConduct regular safety, quality, and workmanship inspections, resolving issues promptlyMaintain high standards of housekeeping, access, and general site organizationAssist with snagging, finishing, and project close-out to agreed quality and programmed requirementsMonitor progress on site, identify constraints early, and report accurately to the Project ManagerEnsure all works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and company proceduresEngage with the company's Integrated Management System, Lean Construction principles, and digital site toolsRequirements:Demonstrable experience as a Site Foreman or General Foreman on construction projects (main contractor background desirable)Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and direct labour effectivelySolid understanding of construction drawings, sequencing, and quality standardsProven commitment to site safety and best practice working methodsStrong communication and organizational skillsExperience with site management software or Lean systems (e.g. Procore, Hammertech, Asta, Last Planner) is advantageousFull, clean Irish driving license requiredJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €47,225.78-€77,047.50 per yearWork Location: Hybrid remote in Tipperary
