As a Rituals Expert, you’re part of our in-store management team. You are the master of the Rituals feel‑good experience with product expertise to match. You are a true brand ambassador, listening to customers’ needs and acting as a role model and mentor to our Rituals Advisors.
You’ll work alongside the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and Rituals Advisors to reach personal and store goals. You’ll interact directly with customers to ensure an optimal experience and mentor and support your colleagues.
Qualifications
Prior experience as a supervisor or Team Leader within retail or hospitality.
Strong motivation to reach performance targets.
A customer‑service mentality and team‑player work ethic.
Decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
Eye for detail, organized and structured.
