Charles Hughes Ltd (Portwest Ireland), a leading manufacturer of outdoor clothing and supplier of workwear, safety wear and PPE are now seeking applications for the position of Sales and Accounts Administrator based in our Dublin Office. Portwest designs, manufactures and distributes market leading workwear, safety wear, footwear and PPE. Charles Hughes Ltd distributes Portwest and other premium brands to over 1,200 customers in Ireland. We are a fast growing ambitious company employing over 100 people in Ireland.
WHAT YOUR ROLL WILL BE
* Debtor management ( invoicing, investigating and reconciling errors and queries, credit notes)
* Allocating cash
* Processing and checking sales orders.
* Liaising with warehouse and other departments on sales orders.
* Admin Trouble shooting
* Creating reports for head office
* Any other tasks as required in line with the role
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
* 1-2 years sales and or accounting admin experience
* Ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment
* Excellent problem solving skills and positive can do attitude
* Competent in the use of Microsoft suite (excel, powerpoint, word)
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Organisational skills
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
