An excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join a leading manufacturer of agricultural equipment.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager you will be responsible for the for the introduction of new products and updating current products

The Role
Creating manufacturing drawings, communicating job requirements clearly and concisely
Experience in the design and layout of farm buildings and design for the animal flow required
Read and interpret technical drawings, specify components and ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications
Manage projects with sales through at all stages of the project development, to ensure timely completion of project milestones
Work in close collaboration with the sales team in the design and layout of new projects
The Person
Experience as a Design Engineer within manufacturing
AutoCad 2D and 3D
Knowledge of materials and ability to cost projects as required
Full driving licence
