This NGO are hiring an experienced Head of Finance to take full responsibility for the Accounts, Audit, and Governance. Your day to day will include; Monthly accounts, including Board packs for monthly meetings, Financial Reports, Budgets & Forecasts, Preparation of accounts for annual audit, make grant applications, renew insurance annually, payroll. Liaise with IT Support outsourced Partner.
You will be responsible for the Finance Team and report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
It is imperative you have the experience to be able to effectively manage the finance function for the company. This is a rewarding and inspiring environment to work in for someone who is able to put in the improvements necessary to fulfil the needs of the department.
It is essential you have no less than 5 years experience managing a team in a "Head of Finance" role. You will have an accounting qualification and ideally experience of working in a similar NGO or charitable organisation.
