Reporting to the Investment Director, the Senior Investment Analyst will contribute to the ongoing monitoring, analysis and engagement with portfolio companies/investees. Key responsibilities will include: Reviewing and analysing investee reports. Creating and presenting annual investment reviews. Conducting company/industry research, equity valuations and financial statement analysis. Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders (investees/co-investors). Requirements for this Role Successful candidate will likely have the following background: A strong third-level degree. 4+ years experience in real estate finance, project finance, private equity, corporate finance or similar.
