Site Clerk Job Summary
An accomplished and organized Site Clerk is sought by a leading residential developer in Ireland to establish and oversee the efficient management of site offices.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data Entry and Management
o Responsible for accurate data entry and management throughout the project duration
o Update weekly material registers, plant registers, and time-related resource registers
* Materials and Logistics
o Order materials, issue purchase orders, manage dockets, and make payment recommendations
o Procure and register material testing information
* Site Safety and Administration
o Conduct site safety inductions, register inductees, and maintain associated statistics
o Assist Health & Safety tasks including collation and reviewing Safe Systems of Work forms
* Communication and Reporting
o Monitor weekly material delivery tickets and upload copies of concrete and material tickets
o Submit technical information to the design team
o Handle ESG reporting for the site and document management for drawing registers
* General Administration
o Order stationery, cleaning supplies, PPE, signage, and waste skip control
o Coordinate aftercare onsite link between site and aftersales
Requirements:
3 years of experience in a similar role, strong organizational skills, and an ambitious career progression drive. Team player required.
