Headquartered in Dublin, the company has delivered complex infrastructure developments across a range of sectors and continues to expand both domestically and overseas. Due to this growth, they are now seeking a Senior Commercial Finance Manager to join their high-performing team.

Who should apply?
Ideal for candidates with experience in commercially focused finance roles across project-driven sectors (e.g., infrastructure, engineering, energy, construction or manufacturing).
* 7+ years' PQE with strong commercial finance or project accounting experience
* Excellent business partnering and stakeholder engagement capabilities
* Prior exposure to cost control, margin analysis, and budget management
* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence strategic decisions
* Comfortable operating in fast-moving and complex project environments
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting directly to the CFO, the role will involve broad collaboration across operations, commercial, and leadership teams.
* Project Financial Oversight
– Drive financial performance across key capital projects
* Forecasting & Budgeting
– Develop and manage robust financial models and forecasts
* Commercial Partnering
– Work closely with project teams to track progress and profitability
* Strategic Analysis
– Deliver board-level insight to support strategic growth initiatives
* Controls & Processes
– Improve financial controls and standardise reporting practices
* Stakeholder Reporting
– Present financial updates to senior and external stakeholders
* Cost Management
– Lead commercial reviews of spend, value delivery and variance tracking
* Mentorship
– Support the development of more junior finance staff
