Project Manager - Engineering Delivery
About the Role:
As a seasoned Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of engineering and manufacturing projects in a regulated environment.
* Develop and execute project plans to meet defined objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, from conceptualization to delivery.
* Lead technical personnel in conducting risk assessments, design reviews, and process validation to guarantee compliance with regulatory standards.
* Establish effective communication channels with stakeholders to keep them informed about project progress and any challenges encountered.
* Drive process improvements by identifying opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency gains, and quality enhancements.
* Ensure that all project deliverables are thoroughly documented, reviewed, and approved prior to submission.
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to established procedures and guidelines.
* Provide support for new product introductions (NPI) by validating equipment, processes, and documentation readiness.
* Maintain accurate records of project KPIs and present updates to senior management and other stakeholders as required.
