Location: Main Street, Castle Leslie Estate, Glaslough.
Job Description
Castle Leslie Estate is seeking a passionate and customer-focused bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in one of Ireland’s most iconic and luxurious estates.
Purpose: To carry out the day‑to‑day operations of the bar smoothly and efficiently ensuring standards, guest satisfaction and expectations are met or exceeded at all times.
Responsibilities:
* Operate bar service across the estate.
* Stock, inventory and prepare the bar area.
* Provide excellent service to customers in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
* Work well under pressure and collaborate with the F&B team.

Contract: Full‑time.
