Job Title: Mechanical Turnover Engineer (Life Science Sector)Experience Required: 3+ YearsAbout the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Mechanical Turnover Engineer to support the successful completion and handover of mechanical systems on life science capital projects. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in mechanical construction, commissioning support, and turnover documentation within GMP-regulated environments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate all mechanical turnover activities to ensure systems are delivered on time and in compliance with project, regulatory, and client requirements.Review, compile, and validate turnover packages (TOPs), ensuring complete and accurate documentation for mechanical systems.Work closely with construction, commissioning, QA, and validation teams to track system readiness and resolve any outstanding issues.Support walkdowns, punch-list creation, and closure of mechanical systems in accordance with project procedures.Ensure adherence to life science industry standards including GMP, GEP, and relevant mechanical codes.Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates on turnover progress, risks, and milestones.Assist in the transfer of mechanical systems from construction to commissioning and ultimately to operations.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering or mechanical turnover within the life science, pharmaceutical, or biotech sectors.Strong understanding of mechanical systems such as HVAC, process piping, utilities, cleanrooms, and equipment installation.Proven experience reading and interpreting P&IDs, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.Familiarity with commissioning and qualification processes (CQV).Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated project environment.What We OfferOpportunity to work on cutting-edge life science projects.Competitive compensation and career development opportunities.Collaborative and supportive project team environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: €55,000.00-€65,000.00 per yearExperience:Mechanical Turnover Manager: 3 years (preferred)Work Location: In person
