Chef/Baker required for Private Catering.
Expected hours Monday -Friday 6am-4pm
Candidate must be up do date with a
Health and safety requirements.
Tasks required:
Making if sausage rolls from scrath ie. Pastry and assembly
Baking-Scones, Muffins, Crossiants, cookies various traybakes and loaf cakes
Breakfast service for approx 200 pax daily.
Lunch service of salads, soups, sandwiches, and daily hot dish.
Menu creativity required for hot dish varieties. Ie. Beef stew, shepards pie, chilli con carne, chicken casserole etc.
Candidate must be able to work alone and keep calm under pressure.
Maintenance and cleaning if equipment.
Product ordering, stocking and rotation.
Contract lenght 2 years minimum.
20 days paid annual leave
