We're looking for a proactive and collaborativeHR Business Partnerto support People Leaders across EMEA and LATAM. This role will be instrumental in coaching leaders, managing performance and behavioural matters, and aligning HR practices with strategic business priorities.
Sounds great! What will my day-to-day look like?
* Coach and advise People Leaders on individual performance and behavioural management
* Triage employee concerns and grievances, escalating appropriately to Employee Relations teams
* Strengthen manager effectiveness through development programs and direct coaching
* Analyse HR and business data to identify trends and propose proactive solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable HR processes
* Recommend operational improvements across talent programs and performance practices
* Partner with HR Centres of Excellence and other HRBPs to support business and employee needs
* Develop deep insight into the organization’s structure, culture, and objectives
* Act as a culture ambassador and role model for values-driven leadership
* Ensure all HR activities comply with applicable laws, policies, and internal guidelines
Basic Qualifications
* HR-related degree or equivalent work experience
* 2+ years of HR Business Partner or relevant HR experience
* Demonstrated experience in managing performance and employee relations cases
What do I need?
* Experience in one or more HR specialities such as organisational development, change management, or employee relations
* Knowledge of employment law and HR practices in Ireland and the UK
* Experience supporting HR operations across EMEA and/or LATAM
* Strong facilitation, presentation, and influencing skills
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels
* Strong time management, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities
* Ability to remain calm and pragmatic in ambiguous or high-pressure situations
* Solid understanding of employment legislation and ability to apply it practically
