Tirlán is offering unique opportunities for graduates to join our Agribusiness team as an Agribusiness Graduate. These roles mix retail branch work and on‑road customer calls and are based in our East Region. The role will report to an area/regional manager and support the delivery of our Agribusiness growth objectives.
Responsibilities
* Gain experience across the Agribusiness category, including business development, branch and direct customer sales, farm development, advisory, and work in a fast‑moving environment.
* Advance technical experience by working closely with the wider agribusiness commercial teams, developing new sales and innovation.
* Develop on‑farm nutritional consultancy, technical advisory and project management skills.
* Support retail operations and management, including customer service, people management, category management and logistics.
Requirements
* High academic record in Agricultural Science, Agribusiness or a related discipline; minimum expected degree of 2.2 honours.
* Strong technical knowledge and customer‑facing/retail experience is an advantage.
* Ambition to progress successfully in an exciting, ever‑changing agribusiness environment.
* Commercial mindset and customer‑centric solutions.
* Strong collaboration and partnership skills, with the ability to meet shared objectives.
