Supply Chain Optimization Specialist
The primary objective of this role is to drive efficiency and effectiveness in the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance key supply chain metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic solutions.
* Prepare and present monthly performance reports, highlighting trends and providing actionable insights.
* Participate in regular supplier business review sessions and support escalations as necessary, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
* Monitor and communicate supplier performance metrics to foster accountability and drive continuous improvement.
* Assist in maintaining accurate and reliable data, supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.
* Contribute to the enhancement of Power BI dashboards, developing new reports that provide valuable insights and inform business strategies.
* Analyze supplier data to support stocking program discussions and optimize inventory levels, driving operational efficiency.
* Collaborate in process improvement initiatives throughout the EMEA supply chain, identifying opportunities for growth and streamlining operations.
* Support the implementation of supply chain strategies and production transfers, ensuring seamless execution.
* Work closely with suppliers to reduce lead times and enhance responsiveness, improving overall supply chain agility.
* Ensure that supplier capacity aligns with forecasted production requirements, minimizing potential disruptions.
* Conduct thorough supply chain management audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, with 4+ years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Root Cause Analysis is required.
