Senior Manager – Manufacturing Engineering
We're hiring a senior engineering leader to lead and develop a manufacturing engineering team within a regulated production environment.
This role is about leadership first — setting direction, developing people, and driving engineering performance.
Key Focus
Lead, coach and inspire a multi-disciplinary engineering team
Drive performance, accountability and continuous improvement
Act as part of the site leadership team
Support automation and modern manufacturing initiatives
Background
Proven people management and engineering leadership experience
Manufacturing background within a regulated environment
Strong communicator with the ability to influence and develop teams
Semiconductor experience advantageous, not essential
Permanent, fully onsite role with genuine scope and impact.
