As an ETF Operations Analyst within the Asset Management Team, you will play a critical role in managing the end‑to‑end ETF lifecycle, supporting new business initiatives, and driving process improvements. You will collaborate with both internal and external partners to deliver best‑in‑class service and solutions to our clients.
Job Responsibilities
* Manage and monitor the complete ETF lifecycle, from order placement to settlement of burst transactions.
* Oversee incoming cash receipts and collateral management for ETF orders.
* Conduct Portfolio Composition File (PCF) analysis and troubleshoot.
* Research and resolve client inquiries related to trade and settlement activities in a timely manner.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with J.P. Morgan's global ETF clients, authorized participants, and external vendors.
* Foster excellent collaboration with internal partners, including Client Services, Custody, Fund Accounting, and the Global ETF Team.
* Drive efficiencies and process improvements within the team.
* Oversee management reporting and efficiency metrics.
* Support new business initiatives and onboarding of authorized participants.
* Work closely with Product Development and Technology teams to ensure successful implementation of new products and enhancements.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
* Experience in operations, client service, or custody.
* Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Strong team player, able to work effectively in globally distributed teams.
* Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships, especially with demanding client organizations.
* Ability to advance initiatives in a cross‑functional and matrixed operations environment.
* Adaptability to a fast‑paced, consistently changing environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with effective presentation abilities.
* Flexible work hours required to meet operational needs; willingness to work varied shifts as needed.
