Amicus have been engaged by a fast growing building materials company to assist them recruit a finance lead.
The role is based in North Dublin and is fully onsite.
The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate reporting, strong financial controls and compliance across the business.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership, provide strategic financial insight and support the development of the finance function.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated finance professional to take ownership of core financial operations while partnering with senior stakeholders to support growth and decision-making.
Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in a senior accounts or finance role Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting and cashflow management Experience preparing management accounts Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Strong communication ability, including explaining financial information clearly Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Desirable Technical Experience: Advanced Excel skills Strong experience with accounting software and ERP systems Financial reporting and analysis Cost tracking and variance analysis Experience improving finance processes and controls How to Apply Amicus Search & Recruitment manage a strict data protection policy ensuring your information and all forms of communication are held in strict confidence.
