The Mission
You are the growth engine behind our global sales team.
Your job is not to "build awareness."
Your job is to work with sales team and drive qualified revenue pipeline across the UK, Ireland, Benelux and North America for:
Subscription mobility products: cargo bikes, e bikes and mopeds
Hardware solutions for operators
MaaS programs for universities & municipalities
What You'll Actually Do
1. Revenue-Driven Marketing
Build demand-generation funnels aligned to sales goals in each core region.
Segment messaging and campaigns by product and market.
2. SEO & High-Intent Content
Own Ride Today's SEO strategy for UK, Ireland, Benelux and North America.
Create and optimize landing pages, blogs and conversion content that rank and sell.
3. Sales Enablement
Build pitch decks, sales sheets, case studies and objection-handling content.
Partner directly with sales to turn lost deals into better campaigns.
4. Campaign Ownership
Run integrated campaigns across SEO, email, partnerships, LinkedIn and landing pages.
Track everything. Fix what breaks. Double down on what converts.
5. Market Expansion Support
Localize content for each region together with the local sales representative.
Research new opportunities within the mobility, hardware, and MaaS sectors.
What Success Looks Like After 6 Months
Predictable inbound pipelines in all four regions.
Sales relying on your content to close deals.
Ride Today ranking on page one for multiple high-intent mobility keywords.
Your dashboards clearly linking marketing to revenue.
What You Bring
3+ years in B2B, growth or demand-gen marketing.
Hands-on SEO and funnel building experience.
Strong collaboration with sales teams.
Comfortable working across multiple markets.
Based in Donegal or ready to relocate — this role is not remote.
Bonus Points
Mobility, SaaS, hardware or logistics experience.
You write copy that persuades without sounding like a buzzword generator.
You are able to create professional brochures, leaflets, or other marketing related materials.
