We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stock Replenishment Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing quotes, monitoring stock levels, and working closely with clients in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain optimal inventory levels for fast-moving items
* Deliver accurate and timely customer quotations
* Respond promptly to daily customer inquiries
* Pursue local parts sourcing and collection opportunities
* Effectively manage customer orders from receipt to fulfillment
* Create and maintain efficient management reports
* Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals
* Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery
* Ensure accuracy and integrity of ERP systems
* Contribute to ongoing process improvements initiatives
Required Skills and Experience:
* Demonstrated product knowledge of MRO and engineering consumables
* Strong sales and customer relationship development skills
* Proven negotiating and purchasing capabilities
* Methodical and organized approach with a strong understanding of management systems
* Holds a current driving license
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and IT literate
