Junior Business Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Finance and Insurance Sales Professional to join our team in our M50 showrooms. This is an exciting time to be part of the sales team as our brands move towards electrification and our model range continues to grow.
You will have full responsibility for the management of items relating to finance and insurance product sales, driving profitability, meeting or exceeding performance targets, and delivering excellent customer service.
This is a maternity cover position with genuine opportunity for career progression in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
* To be responsible for the sale of finance and insurance products to customers following qualification from the sales team.
* Assist in effectively prospecting for new business.
* Accurately complete all relevant documentation to the required legal standards and those of the financial services provider.
* Complete and keep accurate records of car sales and F&I performance, including receipt of all payments due.
* Ensure relationships with other sources of finance are established to handle business that may not be acceptable to another provider.
* Act with honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all dealings and transactions with customers.
* Understand all aspects of financial and insurance product regulations to ensure accurate information is given when negotiating a sale.
* Monitor finance performance against budget, identifying and addressing shortfalls.
* Assist management in planning, forecasting trends, and revising plans for the dealership on an ongoing basis.
* Log all activity to monitor performance, measure outcomes, and provide regular feedback to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience within the motor industry is preferable.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiating skills.
* Demonstrate a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance regarding the sale of finance and insurance products.
* Be a well-organized individual who is process-oriented while also taking a hands-on approach.
* A strong work ethic with the ability to achieve desired results.
* On the path to achieving QFA qualification.
* Proven ability to work to high standards.
* Strong IT and administration skills.
* Ability to work calmly under pressure.
* Hold a full, clean, and valid Irish driver's license.
