We are looking for team members to fill a range of exciting full and part time seasonal roles across our stores, distribution centre and customer services teams.

Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service and help our customers find the perfect Christmas gifts while creating memorable experiences in a fast-paced environment
* Work as part of a team to deliver targets and business goals
* Be flexible with hours, including late nights, weekends and key trading dates
* Share ideas with the team to help everyone succeed
* Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Qualifications
* A passion for customer service and delivering a great experience
* Availability and flexibility to include late nights, weekends and key trading dates
* Experience working within a team to deliver targets and business goals
* A strong work ethic and confidence to share ideas to succeed together
* Excellent communication skills
* Prior retail experience would be an advantage
